Starbucks??
My usual order is a venti nonfat misto with 4 splenda. For those who don't know what a misto is, it's a cafe au lait - half coffee, half milk.
For a Venti here's the nutritional info:
Calories: 90
Fat: 0
Carbs: 13g
Protein: 9g
You can also get a nonfat iced coffee for the cold version but I cut back to 3 splenda for the venti:
Calories: 45
Fat: 0
Carbs: 6g
Protein: 4g
Note these are for a LARGE. If you get a small one - very few calories! It's really just the milk that causes the carbs/calories.

at sbux, I get a tall iced soy skinny cinnamon dolce latte. it's one of the lowest calorie/lowest carb options that still tastes ok.
at home, i get mocha java coffee (Allegro brand) from whole foods, and use liquid sugar free coffee-mate peppermint mocha creamer. it's cheaper than sbux everyday and tastes great! a lot of the sf creamers (liquid ones) are great tasting. i just remember to count the calories--usually 15 to 35 calories per tbsp.

I do Starbucks 2-3 times per month. I LOVE the Salted Caramel Mocha Frappe. Full fat/sugar version. I have never looked up the calories or carbs nor do I intend to because I KNOW I would have a stroke.
I make my own coffee drinks on a daily basis mainly because I cannot afford SBux every day. I invested in a Keurig and love it so I have to make it pay for itself. I have 3 decaf coffees a day. Brew a large cup in my travel mug then add 1/2 cup steamed 1% milk then add 3 pumps of my SF coffee flavors. My favs right now are Salted Caramel, Pumpkin Pie Spice and Cinnamon Vanilla. I have 1 of each every day. Being maintenance I am not counting my carbs per se, I am focusing on my calorie intake.
Check out the SF coffee syrups and make your own. It is a lot cheaper and you control the calories/carbs/sugar. Check out http://www.davincigourmet.com. If you use promo code HP1011 (thru 10/31/11) you can buy 2 bottles and get 1 free. They dont have the Salted Caramel but Torani does. I am able to buy it locally at World Market.
Enjoy your coffee!!

Mom_of_three..that is exactly what I get at Starbucks! I like it both iced, and hot. My husband laughs at all of the words I have to use to order it, but it is so worth it!!
