So far today I have had a O'Yeah chocolate carmel protien bar...15 grams protien and about 4 oz of water!!  Will have some marble cheddar chees in a while.

I am feeling sick (probably bronchitis) so I am back to not eating much...

LND:  Homemade Chicken Veggie Soup - 1 cup
LNS:  Cheddar Cheese Stick - 1

B:  Cheddar Cheese Stick - 1
S:  None
L:  Eating right Split Pea soup - 2 oz.
S:  None
D: Not sure but will probably be soup of some kind
S:  None



Water: 28 oz. so far
Vitamins: Yep everyday
Exercise:  :( unfortunately no i'm sad

 7:30am Premier Protein Shake followed by 24oz of water
 10:30 Sandwich with Mayo, 3 super thin slices of ham and some Colby jack cheese on a whole  wheat mini thin bun (love the mini thin buns!!!! Low carb, 50cal and I can eat it all!!!!!) still working on  my second bottle of water.

 Once I get the rest of the water in maybe some cheese and almonds? then another water before  dinner which is totally open still... I leaning towards rib-eye! and then for water number 4 baby!!

Ms Shell I'm so glad to know you are still on here.  I just stopped in to see who all was still here and low and behold, there you are!!! You've been such an inspiration to me.  I don't come on here much (about once a month, if that).

Breakfast:  Snackwell Peanut butter ceral bar
Lunch: Salad, mixed spring greens, colby/jack cheese and lite balsamic dressing
Snack: Volskos granola/strawberry yogurt
Dinner:  Another salad???

Vits: YES
Water:  Sort of
Exercise:  Headed to step class right now.
Beginning Weight - 286
Surgery Weight - 272
Goal Weight - 180    
Revised Goal Weight - 160

Yes I'm STILL here been working on getting these 25lbs I regained back off...10lbs gone FINALLY got my head in the game.

I'm 9 week sout lost 53 jbs but at a stall
 :-(
Am I eating the right things? or too much?


Breakfast:  Premier Vanilla Protien shake 30 G Protein
Mid AM: Boiled Egg
16 oz Propel Water Berry
Later AM 1.5 T spoon of Roasted Soy nuts
Lunch: 2 oz sauted Chicken in Taco Sauce and 1 oz of Stewed Squash
Mid Afternoon  8 ozHot Tea with Splenda
Late afternoon  8 oz Chicken Broth
Propel  water Grape

Gonna have later
...Dinner: 2 oz Lemon pepper Tuna bit of Miracle Whip wrapped in Bibb Lettuce
and one Cheese stick
16 oz Unsweet Tea
After Dinner:  SF Jello
Later: SF Popsicle
more Propel....All T do is eat and drink.

Vitamins, Calcium and stool softener
I'm going about every 3 days...Is that normal?

 I'm on pureed/soft stage still so mine isn't too exciting... 

Low calorie gatorade/water/sobe life water 

Pureed scrambled eggs with 1 laughing cow light swiss cheese wedge and mild taco sauce mixed in.

1 oz. pureed chicken from crockpot yesterday 1 oz. baby food bananas

2 protein shakes (unjury chocolate classic with 1 % milk and 1 tbsp PB2)

1 oz. pureed chicken with philadelphia cooking creme to moisten, and 1 laughing cow light swiss wedge.
