Everyday I feel better and better (Thank God) because on Wed, Thur, Fri I was at my WITS END as they say!!  So today is a good day!!

LastNightDinner:  1oz Spaghetti, 1/2 Cup Meat Sauce; 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
LNS:  Someone brought me over lunch and it had Rice A Roni...ate about 1/4 cup or so (this morning I decided it was best suited for the TRASH)...it's been awhile since I tossed food

B:  Strawberry Protein Shake (no my powder is SUPER sweet so I thought today just use 1/2 a serving and for the EXTRA protein I tossed in 1/2 cup of cottage cheese...so it went like this  4oz Unsweetened Almond Milk; 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese; 1/2 Scoop Protein; Frozen Strawberries; Ice)
S:  Coffee
L:  3oz Chicken Breast; 4oz Vegetables
S:  Maybe Crystal Light 
D:  4oz Salmon; Creamed Spinach (still trying to make this recipe I found lol)
S:  String Cheese

Water:  6 cups & Counting
Vitamins:  Oh yeah
Exercise:  No

 A whole bunch of nothing!  today is my last NUT appt and instead of being at 8am it is at 5pm.  I'm terrified the scale will say I've gained weight (even though I haven't) because of the different time of day, so I've got myself on liquids today.  I had a shake for breakfast and I'm having an isopure right now for luch then for dinner after the appt I'm having some chilli!

I prepare squid in a tomato and garlic sauce.
It can also be lightly coated and fried.

I guess I will chime today.

LND: 2 oz. tilipia with dill and Greek yogurt sauce(found on allrecipes.com)
LNS: nothing

Breakfast: protein fruit juice (bariatric pantry)
Lunch: baby bell cheese, 1oz strawberry
Lunch: 2 oz tilipia with dill sauce
Dinner: grilled chicken

Water: no way
Exercise: gym tonight!
Vites: yes!

Different broths/soups, watered down juices/crystal lights...ummm yeah I'm no good.
