Hey boys and girls.  So I've been down with Strep Throat since Wednesday...so how are you doing!!

D:  1oz Spaghetti; 1/2 Meat Sauce
S:  Lindora Lemon Chiffon Protein Pudding

Water:  8 cups (4 waiting)
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  N/A

LND: 2oz grilled chicken, southwest vineagrette, lettuce, 2 bites cheese quesadilla
LNS: none

B: 2 oz grilled chicken, southwest chipotle dressing
L: 7 lil smokies, bbq sauce
S: greek yogurt
D: salmon, broccoli

water: doing ok, not great

exercise: none yet, need to get motivated
