It was a LONG weekend and yesterday I forgot...but I'm here today!!  So I'm in the throws of Operation Lose 20lbs by 2012...and so I got UP to make it to the gym to take a cycling class don't you know the teacher NO SHOW.  So off to the treadmill I went!!

LastNightDinner:  3oz Talapia; 1/2 cup Snap Peas
LNS:  3oz Cheese

B:  2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk; Lindora Protein Hot Cocoa
S:  Coffee; 1 Tbsp 1/2 & 1/2; Splenda
L:  Lindora Protein Chicken Noodle Soup; Salad
S:  Nectar Apple Ecstasy mixed with South Beach Drink Mix (and frozen mini slushee)
D:  ??
S:  ??

Water:  8 cups
Vitamins:  N/A (forgot them)
Exercise:  2 Miles Treadmill already

Good Morning!

LND: eggfaces' veggie lasagna- it was SO good for the two bites I got- totally worth the labor!! And 1/2 can of pure protein.

B: Protein shake minus the banana :( Not as delicioso but that's okay, I'll live

L: A little tuna salad with a laughing cow wedge mixed in and some more protein shake.

D: Some kind of soup I think- dunno yet.

S: more protein shake

Water- 2 cups so far
Vitamins- yuppers
Excersize- Did two spin classes yesterday so takin' it easy and taking my dog to the beach for a slow walk/jog.

LNS:  the rest of what I couldnt finsh from dinner

S:Coffee w/ 2 oz half & half and splenda
B:1/4 tuna salad sandwich on whole wheat; 1/2 c spinach;  2oz kidney beans
L: 3oz baked whiting; 1/2 collard greens; 2 bites of mashed sweet ptotao
S: Vanillia Premeier Protein shake
D: some sort of meat with veggies
S: ??

Exercise: 30 minutes on elliptical machine this morning (5am!)

Vitamins: later...

L:  tuna with some roasted edamame thrown in for crunch
S:  nonfat latte
D:  in 2 parts tonight because of weight training - part one, quickly drinking protein drink as soon as I get home, get changed and to the gym;  part 2, after gym, a pork chop, with bacon on top, 'cause there's just no such thing as too much of the pig!
