so nervous !!!!!!

k, so i recognize alot of old bandsters on here....anyway, just needed to vent..... i have been fighting aetna on bunches of stuff for the past year....my company switched and got an exclusion on the bariatric part !!!! so now it is time to renew...i am sitting here in my classroom and my boss just told me that the pres. and the vice pres. are coming monday to talk to all of the full time employees about the NEW HEALTH INS.... PLEASE DEAR GOD PRAY FOR ME THAT IT INCLUDES BARIATRICS..... I WANT TO GET RID OF THE BAND AND GET SLEEVED !!!!!!!

This all so frustrating. I am a band person who's band failed and am awaiting approval for my sleeve. I just sit here with fingers crossed like a teenager waiting for the phone to ring from a guy.

Both my husband and I have never been lucky enough to work for a company that had bari coverage.. ever. Finally, when I had enough.. it was self pay. We had a big chunk saved for the "next house" and dipped into that.. so, we sacrificed and are staying in my tiny place for a few more years for me to have a better life. It was worth it. Better house with worse health=no bargain. Just don't let lack of coverage deter you if you can help it!
