Water: 5 cups and counting (goal 12 cups made it so far everyday this week)

NEXT...
B: egg/cheese/sausage omelet (can only eat about 1/2c worth of it)
S: 1/2 a low carb protein bar
L: 1/4 lb turkey burger patty with cheese
S: other 1/2 of that bar
D: TBD, likely salmon or bbq pulled pork
Drinks: lots of water (I get 80+ oz a day), and an EAS Protein shake
Ex: little today, just some walking at breaks and lunch at work. Tonight its just me and the kids (moms at school), so I ahve my hands full.
B: 1/2 wasa crispbread, 1.5 oz smoked salmon, 1/2 tbsp. cream cheese
S: Heavenly Crisp Bar (from Skinny Cow)

I wish I was eating with you tonight!!!! I love chicken cacciatori and creamed spinach....I would so over eat!!!!

S: 1/2 egg, ham, and cheese...1/4th of a hershey's dark chocolate bar (I never thoughtI would be able to eat 1/4 of a candy bar and save the rest for later), 1 piece of beef jerky, 10 almons
L: 3 oz chicken, 1.5 spears of asparagus, and 2 stuffed mushrooms
S: 8 oz of cottage cheese, 1 piece of beef jerky and 1/4 of hershey bar

S: protein shake (my iso pure came in)

Vites: I missed the lunch dose...I'll take them before I go to bed
