Here goes:

B:  2 oz greek yogurt with pureed peach
L:  2 oz Wendy's chili
D:  2 oz fish taco (without the tortilla)
S:  protein shake with FF milk

I having the hardest time making myself eat the past couple of days. So my menu is pretty boring.

B protein shake
L protein shake
S beef jerky nuggets 3 of them
D healthwise protein chips
S noting so far

Water 24 ounces
Vit yes
Exercise No

Breakfast: Nectar protein shake
Lunch: 1/4 cup turkey chilli ground up in blender really good. Slice of american cheese on top and a tablespoon of oikois greek yogurt.
Dinner: 1/4 cup turkey chilli sameas above, I like it a lot it goes down well and is tasty
Snack 1/4 cup lowfat cotage cheese and 2 all bran crackers
Water: 48 ounces
Did a 45 minute walk
Going to my support group at my weight loss clinic tonight, excited to meet some ppl and keep up on my support systems.

Happy birthday to your dad and awesome to see you here after 4 years out from your surgery you are doing awesome.
