An Ostrich meat stick, believe it or not. I give it two thumbs down, but you know I had to try it: Ostrich is low in fat (1.5 grams in a 1.5 oz stick) and high in protein (14 grams in a 1.5 oz stick).

Breakfast: protein shake 170 calories, 25 grams of protein
Lunch: 1 oz of the Ostrich meat stick, about 54 calories, 9+ grams of protein
Afternoon snack will be another protein shake 170 calories, 25 grams of protein
Dinner will be half a turkey burger, 100 calories and 15 grams of protein
Evening snack will be a different protein shake, 140 calories and 26 grams of protein

Total should be 634 calories and about 100 grams of protein

Liquids: 62 oz so far
Vits and such: Easy peasy
Exercise: Walking our 5k route, so just over 3 miles, tonight

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

Yeah I have the menu and not counting the carbs and NOT saying we can eat 14oz...but the 14oz Ribeye is showing 761 calories, while the 14oz Teriyaki Ribeye is 1127 calories  OR Reg 55 cal and oz  and Teriyaki 81 cal an oz.

wow, I just looked at our local menu and the teriyaki steak is no longer available. I havent had it in a while but I think it was 6 or 9 oz but I could only eat a few ounces. I usually would get their veggies with it. Pretty good.

They do have teriyaki Fillet medallions. Wonder how those are.
