Checking in and nsv and sv!

Well I was 3 months on Friday and I hit my first goal this morning drummm roll, 249 lbs. Yep you read it right I have not weighed this much since 94. I am so excited.
Now for nsv I went from a 3x to an xl in my coat size. I still find it hard to believe but I will come around. Thanks Dr. V for helping me on my journey. Thanks for all the stories and encouragement that has been provided by this group I may not post often but I do read.
