I was not at my best today....but its over...but I'm gonna own it.

B:protein coffee

Cheat --- not even gona call it a snack: a funsized snickers and milkyway and a two bite cream cheese filled chocolate cupcake and a 4 bite lemon cake

L: 3 oz meat loaf with two goat cheese stuffed mushroom
S: yogurt n berries, cucumbers/tomatos
D: 1/4th of a subway BMT on flatbread
S: protein shake

water: 48 oz
Vitamins:yes
Exercise: nope

OMG I almost FAINTED when I saw the Halloween candy bowl at work.  It was THIS time last year that I went OFF plan and gained 20+lbs...still trying to get them off.  Ironic that I'm finally getting serious around the time I fell off track last year...
