 B- I skipped it, the baby was up all night, so I went back to bed with him after the big kids left for school and we slept until almost noon. So I had a cup of coffee with a scoop of Isopure no carb, almond milk and stevia. 
L - bacon, cheese and turkey roll, 2 ozs total with one thin slice of tomato 
D - no clue b/c I have pasta planned for the family, probably some chicken salad and a protine shake.

Exercise: does manic housecleaning count?? Got crazy two days ago and re-arranged the furniture & started some deep cleaning... made a clean spot, now the rest of the house needs it..

working today...12 hours up and down is enough exercise for today...hit the curves circuit on my days off.

LND:  3 oz V8 Tomato Herb Soup + 1/2 oz mozzarella cheese
LNS: Nectar Chocolate Truffle Protein Shake

B:  2 oz greek yogurt with SF Torani Almond Syrup (heaven!)
S: n/a
L:  2 oz baked ricotta
S: Protein shake
D:  2-3 oz Grilled Tilapia with a smidge of sauteed spinach

Water:  64 oz in and going!
Vitamins:  1 more calcium to go
Exercise: Planning a walk after dinner

B: 2 scoop Unjury Chocolate Splendor Shake (w/ water)
S: 2 Frigo Light string cheeses
L: Chobani Strawberry Banana Greek Yogurt
S: 2oz of Boar's Head Deluxe Ham
D: 2oz pork chop
S: Cauliflower & broccoli (raw) w/ Litehouse Ranch dip

Vitamins: Multi - 1 of 2 done.  B12 - done.  Zinc (hair loss) - done.  Biotin (hair loss) - done.
Water: 52oz so far, on track for 64 miniumum by day's end.
Exercise: 45 mins on the Elliptical (600 cals burned) - done.

Sorry I haven't been around lately... I cut loose a bit after being cleared for regular food, but I'm back on the ball now.  Thought I'd strengthen my resolve by checking in on the food diary thread :).
