i'm the evil one! my doc/nut said not to worry about carbs, just getting 60-70 g protein and 1000-1200 cals. so . . . i don't actually eat that much, but i'm still doin' it! and losing weight!

You know what my problem is. I joined Weigh****chers for support, for my daughter. I try to follow their plan and well..I allow myself carbs.. My points were mostly carbs. And not eating a lot of protein. When I eat protein, the weight falls off!!...Well my wagon has a wheel that feel off and I need to fix it!!..My daughter has lost almost 20lbs in 17 weeks, and I have maybe 3 gone...I have been yo-yoing all summer!...So, its time to kick butt!!!...I wanna get rid of my thunder thighs..That is where all the weight lays now!...
SOOOOOOOOOO heres to us keeping on!!!

Lucky us..... I too love carbs, and every gram of carbs loves me back by planting fat on my belly and backside to stay as near to my rear as possible! Some of us just can't even look at carbs if we're going to lose weight, and I am one of them. Less than 25 grams per day and I lose, 30 or more and I am stuck or gain.
Hope you get over the cold turkey withdrawal quickly, for your and your loved ones sakes!
The good news is it should only be a day or 2 at the most.
