I'm BACCKKKK unfortunately so is the 10lbs I lost...oh well.  I'm back in the game NO more vacations so now buckle back down and let's go.

L:  4oz Chicken Breast; 4oz Salad
S:  1.5oz Cheddar Cheese

Water:  8 cups (goal 10-12 cups)
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  1 Hour Ellipical Bike Riding

so excited to join yall when I am really eating lol!

B: 1.5oz of scrambled egg, crumbled sausage, and cheese mixed with a little mayo
L: 1.5oz of lunch meat chicken w/ cheese rolled
S: 1 cup milk with SF carnation
D: 2 meatballs and a couple bites green beans
S: 1oz of yogurt to take my potassium with

water:  64oz
vitamins:check
exercise: I spent two hours walking around a festival (I know- not really exercise)
