Thank you! It really is a great feeling! I kept WAITING for that stupid scale to move over the past several days. Talk about nerve wracking to be sitting at 301 for so long. *laughing*

Congratulations!!! I am 302 as of this morning, and I haven't been under 300 in ten years. I just know how amazing it'll feel to see a 2 instead of a 3, so congrats again!!!

It felt surreal. I got back on the scale like 4 times just to see that it was 2-something. I guess the baseball threat I used last night musta worked. And it does... it feels amazing!

I go to the support group meetings at North Austin Medical Center, not sure where you are, but they have been really great at keeping my head on straight :)
