You are my hero! I have been swimming at the Y and I have wanted to try the eliptical (sp?). I have been worried that I am too heavy for the machine. I think I am going to go Friday and try it. Hope you aren't too sore tomorrow.

I used all the machines when i was 420 - the Y usually has good heavy duty equipment. You are good to go. Let me know how it goes!

Go get it girl! I have been doing spinning and kickboxing forever. Even when my weight climbed up to 316 I still took my big butt in there and did it. I'm glad I did too because it makes it so much easier now. Plus everyone is so friendly and focused on their own work out anyway.
Hi I'm Diana! I'm 5'10 and hoping to get down to 165 :) Feel free to friend me!

OK, Alison!  You're so inspiring!  I'm actually feeling a little anxious to start back to Pilates.  I have been walking, but still having some internal twinging if too fast.  I love Pilates so much, there's a list of exercises I can't wait until I'm small enough to do.

:) Happy
