1ST DAY ON LIQUID DIET !!
its good to know there is a light at the end of the tunnel... i am allowed to eat one meal a day ... i ate broccoli, grill chicken ... one piece of bread ... then i just had a sugar free Popsicle not sure if im suppose to have that but i did lol.... i have been drinking water like crazy ... and the sugar free drinks different flavors. i had reg gum too but only one stick earlier .. i will go find some sugar free gum lol.. whewwwww!! i may go to bed early but man is this some journey...
You CAN do this, I promise. It's hard as hell, no one here will tell you otherwise but I assure you, you are strong and completely capable of doing this.
Now, keep your mouth busy. Toothpicks, a bobby pin, hell, anything you can roll around in there that you won't swallow. Gum is a bad idea, because it starts out so temptingly soft. Variety is effing KEY, those water bottle shaker-packets from Crystal Light are nice to have around, in piles, and in many flavors- along with a few pitchers of things you like in the fridge. I generally did cold and sweet along with sipping water all day. Mealtimes, I went for something warm and salty (heh.) It seemed to break things up a bit, and if you chug something cold right after, it actually kinda leaves you feeling like, "Hey, I just ate!" I know I was an unbearable ***** sometimes during the liquid diet, but soon enough you'll get yourself into a rhythm, whi*****ludes planning for frequent pee-stops. I also made a point to take side streets and residential routes to avoid fast food strips and their smelly siren songs. What have you been doing so far?
