Getting my energy back :)
I'm so glad you have found a way to lose weight and get your energy back. You may have read a post from me a week or two ago about this. My surgeon told me to up my calories, but I was hesitant to. Now, since you are doing so much better, I think I will try it! Thanks for your post!
Sheri
I started to eat 1200 calories 4 months out. I still lose weight. My doctor said, I may
get there slower but I will get there. So far so good except this month at almost 8 months
out on the first, I only lost just under 3 pounds... 2. something. I still have a week to go.
I am also 16 pounds away from goal so 2 . something pounds could be like 4 or 5.
You know your body best. Do what you feel is right bu****ch the scale closely and make adjustments when needed. Your right some might cringe...but i come from a place where I do
eat more than others and i am still successful. I too didnt get tired when I ate more food. I am a power house at the gym ( although I havent gone in a couple of weeks due to my new job) So this 2 oz and 4 oz is not all that set in stone. However, I am sure it gets you there quicker and do respect it very much.
I felt bad because i couldnt eat like those who had
a tight 32 or a nice 34 or trained to eat a certain way. I LOVE LOVE LOVE how I eat.
I wouldnt change it for the world. I know I will get there.... Whats the rush to get to
goal in 6 months then eat for maintenance...when I can eat a tad bit more, have energy,
eat right, eat within a reasonable caloric intake and still lose weight and be happy.
Good for you girl you are listening to your body. Just dont let the increase get bigger.
That would be my only concern. a Real concern and I am only projecting myself on you.
Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugs,
Mary

I guess I'd much rather eat more (or drink more in this case) and workout then live on a super strict calorie regime. Im definitely still trying to take advantage of the honeymoon period, and still very mu*****ontrol of my eating, but I just gotta eat more.

I may be the only one with this theory, but I think it's for mental help with your addiction as much as anything physical.
