Snack: Chocolate whey protein shake with coffee and 1 tbsp SF jello instant pudding
Lunch: 1/3 cup refried black beans with 1 tbsp 2% shredded cheddar
snack: 1/3 cup plain Fage Greek yogurt with a Splenda and 1 tsp lemon SF Jello instant pudding
1 chopped strawberry
Dinner: 1/4 cup ground turkey with 2 tbsp pasta sauce
snack: either EAS ready to drink Carb Control shake OR 1/3 cup plain Fage Greek yogurt with 1 splenda and 1 tsp SF raspberry Torani syrup
Excercise was about an hour of walking this morning...not as speedy as usual because my 3 year old wanted to walk instead of riding in the stroller!
Up to about 7 cups of Crystal Light so far....will hit 9 or 10 before bed
