I LOVE when my body talks and I listen...like the day BEFORE I get a bad acid attack I get REALLY hungry and blechy.  Well yesterday I was STARVING all day and couldn't figure out what...luckily I NOW keep good choices stocked up.  Well today before I left, I got the stomach grumbles etc, so I remembered to grab my acid blocker and what a difference a day makes.

LastNightDinner:  6oz Chicken Thighs
LNS:  N/A

B:  3oz Chicken Thigh; 4oz Roasted Vegetables
S:  Coffee
L:  1 Cup Chicken Curry
S:  Crystal Light
D:  Tuna; Salad
S:  ??

Water:  12 cups
Vitamins:  On target
Exercise:  N/A

Breakfast: quick oats (1/4 cup) with chocolate protein powder, chopped strawberry
Snack: Chocolate whey protein shake with coffee and 1 tbsp SF jello instant pudding
Lunch: 1/3 cup refried black beans with 1 tbsp 2% shredded cheddar
snack: 1/3 cup plain Fage Greek yogurt with a Splenda and 1 tsp lemon SF Jello instant pudding
                    1 chopped strawberry
Dinner: 1/4 cup ground turkey with 2 tbsp pasta sauce
snack: either EAS ready to drink Carb Control shake OR 1/3 cup  plain Fage Greek yogurt with 1         splenda and 1 tsp SF raspberry Torani syrup

Excercise was about an hour of walking this morning...not as speedy as usual because my 3 year old wanted to walk instead of riding in the stroller!

Up to about 7 cups of Crystal Light so far....will hit 9 or 10 before bed

Vit: really bad today, only the multi
Exercise: knees are still messed up so just the stairs at school a few times
