B -Planned on protein shake I dropped the whole thing in the trash this morning while getting ready. UGH!!!!!
2B- Frozen Breakfast bowl 15 grams of protein picked out the potatoes and ate the eggs, sausage and cheese.

D? once again everyday is a mystery. Last night ground beef and tomato sauce and cheese 1/4 cup. Trying so hard.
