B: Pumpkin Spice coffee w/ Vanilla Unjury Protein Powder
L: Lettuce w/ 2 oz ground beef, pico, cheese, homemade oikos spicy ranch dressing, 1/2 packet guacamole, and 1/2 Kim's magic pop wafer
S: slice of turkey with reduced fat cheese stick
D: Pork Loin stuffed wth Spinach, herbs, and cheese, steamed veges
S: Greek yogurt or Protein Shake ice cream

Dang everybody just wants to see what you are eating today. Well me on the other hand. LOL

B -Planned on protein shake I dropped the whole thing in the trash this morning while getting ready. UGH!!!!! 
2B- Frozen Breakfast bowl 15 grams of protein picked out  the potatoes and ate the eggs, sausage and cheese.
L Yoplait light very vanilla yogurt 6 grams of protein
D? once again everyday is a mystery. Last night ground beef and tomato sauce and cheese 1/4 cup. Trying so hard. 

Its going to take this tummy some time.

Water 10+ cups
Vitamins ok
Exercise speed walking 3 miles.

LND: 1/2 of a Boca cheeseburger topped with 1oz of Italian bean salad
LNS: 1/2 of a string cheese

B: two eggface bites, made with veggie sausage, cheese, onion and rosemary
L: 1 morningstar sausage patty with some onion, zucchini and red pepper
S: 5 pistachios, and 1/2 of a string cheese
D: 1-2 oz of chipotle parmesan baked tilapia and a few green beans
S: protein shake of some sort

Water: 64oz so far
Vits: multi done, need b12, CoQ10 and calcium
Exercise: fell yesterday and bruised and scraped up both knees, gonna take it easy today as they both still hurt pretty badly

I have been busy with my new job training.  One day I worked 16 hours. Tomorrow is going
to be the same.

Breakfast:  Green Smoothie

Lunch:  Green Smoothie   ( got smart and brought green smoothie to work for the first time.)

Mid Snack - Chicken and Lentil Sprouts with Sesame chili oil, swesame oil, sea salt and cracked petter.  (YUM!   I sprouted the lentils myself.)

Dinner:  Coconut and Cucumber
