Today I recommitted myself to NO SUGAR and FOOD TRACKING - yay!  I was off plan for a few weeks here, and I just needed to pull up my socks and get myself back on the wagon!

B: Mint Cookie protein shake, Decaf Grande Non-fat latte
L: 2.5 ounces of Thai barbecue chicken, 1/4 cup of sliced cucumbers and cabbage
S: 8 almonds, Grande Decaf Coffee with splash of half and half
D: 1.5 ounces of Thai barbecue chicken, 1 Trader Joe's string cheese
S (if I am hungry tonight): Sugar Free Jello dulce de leche pudding

Water - 4 cups out of 8 goal
Vitamins - check
Exercise - check minus: 20 minutes of urban walking
