 Had a great weekend and plan on having an even BETTER week.  Then I'll be OFF to Jamaica for 8 days, 7 nights...can't wait!!

LastNightDinner:  Chicken; Salad
LNS:  2 glasses of Moscato

B:  1 Cup Hood Calorie Countdown 2 % Milk
S:  1 Carb Master Strawberry/Banana Yogurt
L:  1/2 Cup Chili Con Carne; Salad
S:  Crystal Light
D:  Wendy's Large Chili
S:  100 Calorie Pack PepperJack Cheese

Water:  6 cups (12 cups goal)
Vitamins:  Oh yeah
Exercise:  Oh yeah

VSG on 05/31/11 with
LND: 2 shrimp "tacos" on little lettuce leaves with onion and red pepper (about 1/4 cup shrimp)
LNS: 1 oz low fat mozzarella cheese

B: 1/2 scrambled egg, 1/4 oz Swiss cheese, about a tsp of cooked broccoli
L: 1-2 oz Italian bean salad I put together last night (on eggface website)
S: if I need it, 1/2 of a string cheese
D: the other 2 shrimp "tacos"?
S: protein shake to get in protein for the day

Water: 16 oz so far
Vits: eh, really need to take them earlier in the day! I'll get there...
Exercise: walking ALL OVER campus this morning and maybe a c25k run tonight

First things first, have a great time on your trip.

B Cottage cheese and canned peaches in its own juice. 1/4 cup all together
L  Deli ham with swiss cheese and whole wheat crackers.
D as always everyday is a mystery. What will the stomach allow today.

Maybe you need to add in a protein shake.  I know they aren't yummy (well most aren't anyway).  I thought once I hit real foods that I could ditch the shakes, but no such luck.  I can't hit protein targets without them.  So I do one each morning and it gives me a 23g protein boost before I start my day.

I LOVE Jamaica too...this is my 5th trip and I finally am staying in NEGRIL woot woot.  If you could do the thread I know the folks would appreciate it =)  I'll be gone from the 20th and be back to posting and on track on the 28th.  I so can't wait!!  In fact I need to get off this computer and pack =)
