Yup..... I just ditched one !!!!!

Everytime we think were gonna bow out of the VSG Main forum here..... You get a PM that will say...."Thanks for your help....I'm now down 130lbs."

Than you really feel you made a difference with somebody and it keeps you going.

Than there are some that just can't comprehend any which way......

I've got a few I'm helping that eat fairly liberal.........they are losing weight just fine....I shut up and watch the numbers drop.... they know when and if it stops working....we can adjust and work it out.

I appreciate the help all of the veterans give.  Please know that, if I happen to forget to say it.  But thank you all!

I come here to get help from the Vets... Sometimes we all need a little tough love.  I have learned a lot from viewing your post.... If you're not looking for an answer.... don't ask the question.  This is my motto!!  JMHO

This forum is especially helpful for those of us that are having surgery far from home.  I have asked my doctor's office many questions by phone and e-mail, but the scope of information provided here is impressive.  And it's not lost on me that much of the information and support is provided by women.  Who could ignore that?

This wouldn't be that good of a forum without the vets on here, thank you for all the knowledge you do share.

Y'all know my theory and thought process on this subject;

" If you don't want the truth; don't ask! If you want something sugarcoated, go eat a fricken donut!" Seriously, just eat it, don't ask if you can, you aren't going to listen because you "want/need" that donut so badly! ! !

I'm done with the posts that state "can I eat XX? I have the calorie allotment for the day so I should be okay, right?" I wanna say "sure eat XX, enjoy, but don't you dare come back here and ***** about not losing weight, stalling or not being happy with your results or that the sleeve failed you all while you're shoveling ****tastic food into your piehole."

USAF Wife,

Wow you say it like it is. I like that!  Even though that I don't get on OH and complain about my sleeve that statement said a lot to me and I appreciate you posting it. I am going to print it out and post it on my frig to remind me to put the good food in my piehole.  Thank you.

Penny
