L: 1 oz baked skinless chicken breast with 2 tbsp rice with cream of chick soup(from casserole)
S: 1/3 c plain 2% Fage Greek yogurt with a splenda and 1 tsp sf raspberry syrup

S: Before going to work (nightshift) EAS Carb Control Ready to drink shake 
S: 1/3 c plain Fage 2% Greek yogurt with splenda and 1 tsp sf raspberry syrup
D: (around 1am) Boca Burger Original Chikin patty
S: 5am light string cheese

Water/Crystal Light: 10-12 cups
Vitamins: Celebrate multis and Calcium chews
Exercise: 40 mins brisk walking

My meals and snacks are much more normal on days that I don't work...luckily I'm part time!
