Just starting and now wondering what in the earth I am going to drink all day basically besides water. I was so organized and now knowing when I get to the clear liquids I am going to go crazy with just broth, water and jello lol.

It is not the tastiest (but then what is, you are on a clear liquid diet). It has a lot of protein and no sugar and is in fact clear. My dietitian recommended this stuff to me for before my surgery. I have heard that you can get it a GNC and the Vitaminne Shoppe, if you have one nearby. Other places to buy it near you can be found on the website, I think. It's called Isopure. http://www.theisopurecompany.com/drinks.php

I would mix mine with 1/2 Isopure and 1/2 iced Tazo Passion unsweetened iced tea and pour it over ice and drink it throughout the day. Mixing it with unsweetened iced tea (be sure there is no caffeine!) makes it taste less cloyingly sweet. But the main reason I was drinking it was for the 40g of protein per bottle.

You might want to try it. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the link, but if I recall I read more about ISOPUKE then ISOPURE. I have protein powder, strawberry, chocolate, unflavored and then I have the strawberry kiwi drink. I am just on the full liquids for now. I just had some soup and drained the mushrooms out of it. Something for me to pick up today is a better strainer for cup sizes lol it took a few mins. I will just drink soup for a few days and water, jello, pudding etc... My children make up mr noodles so I will get them to save me the broth. Hey anything works right about now, just wish my mommy was here with her real soup so I could have real broth home made lol
