B: I went a little overboard and felt it right after but I had 3/4 fried egg and 3 strips bacon
L: 1/2 4oz. hamburger pattie and 1/4cup green beans
D: Thinking grilled steak and veggie skewers

Water: doing ok
Vits: on track
Exercise: will do 35 minutes on the elliptical or an hour of leisure swimming

Trying to get back on track after yesterday's carb fiasco...

L: 1/2 pouch of TJ's tuna in red curry sauce
S: none
D: ma po tofu (~1/2 cup)
S: quest protein bar

water: behind. trying to catch up now.
vites: doing well
exercise: frantically shopping for a new suit for an unexpected job interview on Friday.

VSG on 05/31/11 with
B: 1 and a 1/2 mini crustless quiches (eggface) made with veggie sausage, onion, red pepper, cheese and fresh rosemary.

L: 1/4 of a piece of veggie sausage tortilla pizza

S: cookie and cream pure protein shake

D: another 1 and a 1/2 mini crustless quiches (they are so good!)

Water: finishing my intake for the day
Vits: finishing those too
Exercise: resting day from c25k
