It's humpday Wednesday and I have to work TOMORROW and them BAM my weekend starts!!  I'm excited and nervous over my weekend activities, but I'll do me and have a FABULOUS time...

LastNightDinner/Snack:  Way to many pieces of Popeyes (4 total)

B:  1 Small Pork Rib; 1-2oz Meatloaf
S:  N/A
L:  1 Cup Curry Chicken
S:  ??
D:  4oz Meatloaf; 2oz Roasted Vegetables
S:  SF Pudding

Water:  8 cups (it's HOT already folks)
Vitamins:  Yup
Exercise:  Walking at LEAST 1 mile a day

Good Morning Ms. Shell,

Ughhhh yes another hot day for us. Wasnt yesterdays weather NUTS!
I have been super busy busy and tomorrow I start my new job. I will be crazy
busy training for the next couple of weeks. I also Work the USC games on Saturday
and my regular job...  well  its slow  but I have to show up at the office.  I dont want
to lose my private office.

Anyhow  here is my meal plan for today..I will update it tonight because i dont know what
I will be eating all day.

B:   Green Smoothie:   Kale, Spinach, Collard Greens, Bok Choy, Parsley, Celery, Green Apple, Banana, Avocado, Bentonite Clay, Psyllium, Diatomaceous Earth Food Grade, Flaxseed
meal, Plain Protein Powder, Alkaline Water, Ice ( to chill)  Vitamix Blender

L:  Bowl of Hard Nectarines and plum


D:   Chicken Salad:   Shredded chicken, Ice Berg Lettuce, Purple cabbage, Carrot,
Red Onion, Sprouted ( live) Lentils ( i sprouted myself the last few days) Shredded Cheese, Avocado, Coconut, Celery, Bersteins Italian Dressing ( no sugar from Cost****risp Sugar Peas
( its a crunch - trader Joes)

OK I HAVE THE MAJOR HEAD HUNGRIES  TODAY. I THINK ITS BECAUSE OF MY NEW JOB TOMORROW AND FINANCIAL STRESS LATELY.  I HAVE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY THIS MONTH...  YES  A LOT...    I MEAN A LOT....   AND THE NEW JOB IS ON MY MIND...

Girl you are still eating on those ribs (in my jealus voice) .  I love this post it helps me see what kind of meals I will be able to eat and be successful!

Dinner ? Everyday is a mystery. tried little bites of baked chikcen yesterday who knows today. LOL

Girl I went to TWO parties...this was from party on Sunday...still haven't touched the Monday plate of greens and ribs, lol!!

 Now that I am on regular food, I think I will join you. My hunger has still not returned and I find that if I don't make sure to set a schedual I will forget to eat. 

B - 8 ozs skim milk, 1 packet of sugar free hot chocolate, 1 scoop PP 
Snack - 1 light laughing cow cheese wedge 
Lunch - 1 hard boiled egg 
Snack - 1 cheese wedge 
Dinner - ??
