Do the protein shakes gross you out???
I do body fortress as well, Chocolate peanut butter. the vanilla i mix with banana cream, and the strawberry i use cheesecake.
I also have another recipe for a "Cinnamon Roll" protein shake....
1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp sugar free instant vanilla pudding
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp imitation vanilla (or 1/4tsp extract)
1 packet artificial sweetner ( i use walmart generic truvia)
a few dashes butter flavor extract
8oz skim/fat free milk (you can use 8oz water, but i never have)
4 ice cubes
add all to blender, whip the hell out of it and enjoy =0)

1 tb instant coffee granules
1 tb white chocolate SF torani syup
2 tsp SF raspberry torani
Mix and serve over ice. Tastes like a raspberry white chocolate mocha -- my go-to coffee drink in my pre-op days :)
