L: McDouble w mac sauce, no bun.. 1/3, tea

Water and ENS shake, plus omega 3 and calcium.. iron at bedtime..

B: 1/2 of a reduced fat string cheese
L: 1/4 of a veggie sausage tortilla pizza with a little parmesan and mozzarella
S: EAS dark chocolate protein shake
D: 2 oz grilled pesto marinated shrimp and veggie kabob (green and red pepper, red onion, mushroom and zucchini)

Water: 32 oz, finishing while studying tonight
Vits: got in fiber so far... Yeah I'll work on that
Exercise: maybe a c25k run before or after my homework
