Well today I'm off and chilling!! Going to a friends house but not until 4pm. I just finished breakfast and about to load the car and do laundry...maybe I'll get lucky and no one will be there?? Then I'll probably get some exercise done as well.

Liquids: I'm hitting 100 oz every 24 hours pretty routinely (usually 20 oz between evening and morning meds and overnigh, the rest during the day).
Exercise: Probably the 2 mile Walk at Home video today - supposed to rain all day
