Anyone lost 200 +?

Well, I'm no "Jimbo," but I'm no longer a "Jumbo" either.  In the 9+ mos. since my surgery I've lost 165 lbs.  Like J, I've worked exceedingly hard to get that much weight off that fast.  I exercise EVERY SINGLE DAY, NO DAYS OFF, EVER; and I pay close attention to my eating regimen.  That said, it has not been all work - I play a lot of golf, do tons of yard work, which I enjoy, and the rewards are fantastic.  No more diabetes, no more high blood pressure, no more sleep apnea, no more Rx meds.  Hey, I'm 65 years old - if I can do this at my age, you younger whippers ought to be able to do the same or better, right.  Good luck - it's one day at a time - consistency is the key.

Yes..205.5 pounds as of today.  This last month has been really hard for me as I have bounced around and had some technical difficulties to deal with.  But, this morning, I hit an all time new low...193 pounds.  I still have more to lose and I will lose it.  As everyone has said, it takes work, committment and dedication.  Your head has to be in the right place or it is that much harder to be successful.

Good luck to you on your journey.
