Protein intake and speed of weight loss
Hi Crissy! =)
Yup this is going on for me too. I thought I was done losing, but I started amping up my protein levels and lo and behold, I'm in a losing phase again, too!
I have finally found a way to tolerate drinking protein. I now use a 1/2 of a scoop in 8oz of fat free lactaid.
A whole scoop was tearing my stomach up and made me feel like crap, shaky...sweaty, and jittery. Half actually tastes great! 3 times a day and I'm getting in 18 grams in per serving for 54oz of protein in addition to all the protein in my regular meals.
My favorite proteins are Unjury and Lifetime Fitness Protein (My gym's own formulation)
I wish more people could try Lifetime's protein...it's not as sweet as the others since it's sweetened with Stevia and not a chemical!!
High five Crissy...lets keep going...eh??!!

I am so glad to hear you found something that is working! That's the main thing ha? Any way it works! He He I like Unjury too. I tried Isopure too and it was good. They had more varieties but they are mostly sweet
High five back at ya girlfriend!
By the way, you are looking very fit on your profile picture!

Be sure to get in a lot of water as well -- more protein taxes the kidneys and the water helps with the filtration.
