LNS: protein ice cream with 1/2 banana and pumpkin granola sprinkled on top

B: scrambled egg beaters with 1/2 slice cheese and veggies, 2 strips turkey bacon
S: 1 oz tuna salad
L: 1/3 subway buffalo chicken salad
S: 1 oz brie, 1/4 lavash bread crisped like pita
D: crockpot salsa chicken, hungry girl holy guacamole
S: protein ice cream, 1/2 banana

W: 8 glasses

L: 1/3 portion of small slice of meatloaf and 1/4 cup sliced carrots
D: probably an Olive Garden meatball or the chicken and broccoli from the garlic chicken thing they have

Vits: taken
Exercise: 35 minutes on elliptical tonight

Just got back from an unexpected, last-minute 10 day business trip.  I had a few too many carbs, so today is day 1 of carb detox.  It's a *****!

B: twisted cherry nectar protein
S: raspberry greek yogurt
L: 1oz grilled chicken, 1oz pepper jack cheese, a few roasted bell pepper pieces
S: WW string cheese, 1/2oz cheddar cheese
D: 2.5oz grilled chicken w/ parmesan garlic sauce; 1/3 side salad w/ lite french

water: 60 oz so far, a few more to go
vitamins: yes
exercise: walk dogs if it's not raining
