Here is what I'm eating!!

B:  1/2 mesquite grilled chicken breast 1/2 oz
S:  1/2 mesquite grilled chicken breast 1/2 oz
L:  home made turkey chili 1/2 cup
S:  cucumber/peeled with garlic infused vinegar
D:  Kentucky fried chicken strip [it's my treat day!] 1/2 cup braised kale
S:  cucumber/peeled with garlic infused vinegar

Water:  8 cups so far - 4 cups to go!!
Vitamins:  Of Course
Exercise:  My day off -- did water aerobics yesterday for 90 mins

D:   Soaked Lentils for about 4 to 5 hours...  Ate them Raw with Brown rice, kalamata olives

         Olive Oil, Brags Amino Acids,  Greek Chicken peices,  ....  side of lil salsa.

LNS: BBQ chips

S: home fries
L: protein shake- vanilla pure protein, fruit anf veggie juice, ice, banana baby food, water
S: venti skinny caramel macchiato w/ 2 scoops portein
D: didn't have time to cook- was trying on fabulous ball gowns, lmao.. Grabbed KFC.. Boneless fillet..
