Hey there,

I would recommend purchasing some L-glutamine powder. It's practically tasteless and you can throw it in your protein drink. I even put mine in my vitamin water. It will take a few days to build up in your system, but it makes a huge difference for sore muscles. Any vitamin place carries it.

Good luck!

After a hard workout, I usually soak in a warm tub with epsom salt. Aspirin for muscles! It does wonders for me.

You also should try and get some form of protein in immediately after a workout. It will help your muscles heal quicker.
