L: 2 shrimp (cut up), other 1/2 of the string cheese, tiny baby zucchini slices, onion and red pepper with tomato basil seasoning on cucumber slices. (pics below!)
D: some family is in town and they want to go to chinese. I'm thinking either tofu and veggies or shrimp and veggies.

Vits: halfway, still need calcium and b12
Excercise: took 2 huge sets of stairs twice today, thinking about a walk with my dog later
