B:  large nonfat latte with sugar-free vanilla syrup (McD)
L:  1 serving Lean Cusine veggie dip and pita (190 cal)
S:  pure protein choc/pb bar
D:  ???
S:  ???

Water/liquid:  latte and a can of diet coke (i know -- bad!)
Vites:  yup
Exercise:  going to themovies after work

D: cottage cheese bake
Cottage cheese bake- ground hamburger, onions, garlic mixed with pasta sauce then poured over 1/4 c cottage cheese. Quick and easy.

Water- need to step it up
Vits- on target
Exercise- hour walk(2+miles) if the weather gets a bit better

VSG on 05/31/11 with
B: 1/4 of a morningstar spicy black bean burger
L: 1/2 of a morningstar breakfast patty sautéed with:
1 tbsp red pepper
2 slices of baby zucchini
1 tsp of red onion
And put on 1/4 of a whole wheat low carb tortilla with a little cheese spread
D: trying to figure that out now, thinking shrimp with a few veggies

Water: about halfway there
Vitamins: multi, working the rest in this afternoon
Exercise: walking the dog later or c25k on the treadmill

 B:  piece of this crescent-cream cheese-sausage thing 
coffee w/ milk

S:  few pieces of apple with about 2T. peanut butter

L:  bento (pictured below) with hamburger patty (4 oz. uncooked weight), about 5 cheese cubes, 6 mini pickles, 3 T. white bean salad, 1 1/2 Tbs. hummus, 6 or so baby carrots and grape tomatoes (eaten over two settings)

S:  string cheese

D:  wine tasting...after who knows...sushi is usually the way we go.  I'm thinking spicy tuna

S - a couple of bites flavored beef jerky
L - 1/2 cup home-made saag paneer curry w/lots of spice!

I bought some Organic baby Arugula and Feta cheese today, I want to try George's salad that he usually posts daily.. hope he has a good recipe for it that I can steal..ugh i mean, try!

Exercise: Recumb-bike 26 mins M-W-F, Jog in place or Elliptical or Mobia machine 26 mins T-Th, Dance Workout DVDs (Zumba or Hip-Hop Cardio or Belly Dance hehe) on Sa-Su (clock-work-routines)  &
