Cottage cheese bake- ground hamburger, onions, garlic mixed with pasta sauce then poured over 1/4 c cottage cheese. Quick and easy.
Water- need to step it up
Vits- on target
Exercise- hour walk(2+miles) if the weather gets a bit better

B: 1/4 of a morningstar spicy black bean burger
L: 1/2 of a morningstar breakfast patty sautéed with:
1 tbsp red pepper
2 slices of baby zucchini
1 tsp of red onion
And put on 1/4 of a whole wheat low carb tortilla with a little cheese spread
D: trying to figure that out now, thinking shrimp with a few veggies
Water: about halfway there
Vitamins: multi, working the rest in this afternoon
Exercise: walking the dog later or c25k on the treadmill
L: 1/2 of a morningstar breakfast patty sautéed with:
1 tbsp red pepper
2 slices of baby zucchini
1 tsp of red onion
And put on 1/4 of a whole wheat low carb tortilla with a little cheese spread

L: bento (pictured below) with hamburger patty (4 oz. uncooked weight), about 5 cheese cubes, 6 mini pickles, 3 T. white bean salad, 1 1/2 Tbs. hummus, 6 or so baby carrots and grape tomatoes (eaten over two settings)

D: wine tasting...after who knows...sushi is usually the way we go. I'm thinking spicy tuna

I bought some Organic baby Arugula and Feta cheese today, I want to try George's salad that he usually posts daily.. hope he has a good recipe for it that I can steal..ugh i mean, try!
