Last night dinner: 2tbsp low sodium tomato soup with tbsp lowfat grated cheese
B: 2tbsp greek lowfat plain yogurt
S: 4oz gnc lean strawberry shake

Exercise walked my dog for 5 min so far

S:  if I have time to cook them, a boiled egg
