Does anyone have a good link that will provide the protein count in food?  I tried the seach bar here and didn't come up with anything.  Just looking for something that I can load into my favorites for a quick and easy reference.  Thanks!

I find it easiest to use a food tracker like myfitnesspal or sparkpeople or something of the like. They have extensive databases of all sorts of food with calorie, protein, fat, carb counts and they make apps for your phones as well!

Try myfitnesspal----large database of foods plus you can set up recipes and servings to get the protein/carb/calorie count.

Are you using a tracker? Many/most include some type of data base.

I don't have a fancy cell but I understand you can do myfitnesspay on a phone---I just use my computer.

Calorie King to look up foods; I also use fitday for looking up things, and for tracking my menu for the day.

Thanks, guys! I love the idea of electronically keeping up with all of this! It sure beats logging it on paper!
