Good morning everyone!! I hope you had a wonderful weekend because I did =)
B: Protein Shake
S: Coffee; 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
L: 1/2 cup Chicken Curry (homemade); Salad
S: Cheese
S: No Sugar Added Applesauce
D: Wendy's Large Chili
S: N/A
Water: 8 cups
Vitamins: On track
Exercise: 60 minutes Water Aerobics
NEXT....

Have had a full week of high-protein, super-low carb, low cal eating and have dropped 8 lbs. YAY!
B: Kroger Carbmaster Yogurt
L: 3-4 oz. leftover steak with sauteed red and yellow peppers
S: will be 1/2 cup chicken salad (not the lettuce kind, the mixed-with-mayo kind)
D: Dunno yet! Probably something with hamburger, will find out when I get home tonight.
S: Most likely a Protein Plus bar... not the greatest but I've got 'em, and like any other "treat" I'll fixated on it until I go get it. Ideally, it'd be a sugar-free popsicle instead. :D

Breakfast- Plain Greek Yogurt with 2 strawberries
Lunch- 1 ground turkey taco with lowfat cheese, salsa, and a teaspoon of plain yogurt. (It tastes like sour cream to me)
S- I am thinking a Sugar free snowball
Dinner- I don't yet. Maybe salmon cakes in the oven and veggies

L: 8 oz black bean soup
S: Greek nonfat yogurt with SF Torani Syrup for some flavor
D: cup of baked potato soup ( the best the restaurant we are celebrating my gma's birthday has to offer)
Probably no snack since I am having the Soup for dinner.

water: 6cups so far, and it's only 1:30pm!

S: 2 oz beef, 1 oz brie, 1/4 lavash bread
D: 1/2 omlette with fresh moz, basil, tomato
S: Homemade mini peach pie (wonton wrapper in a mini-muffin cup, filled with peach and SF torani mix, topped with ricotta sweetened with SF syrup) yumm!
W: lots
V: will be short a calcium....
E: 45 minutes on the bike
Attitude: I hate tracking, because it doesn't tell me what I want to hear
But also excited, getting our new puppy tomorrow!
