how much fat?

Yep! Read the same thing a while back. Of course moderation like anything. A whole stick of butter for breakfast could probably cause some healthy issues. Also read that its not fat that makes you fat. Its the rediculous amount of carbs people eat that make you fat. My post op diet instructions say to use low fat mayo etc. I am not going to follow that aspect of the diet. Full fat for me!

I eat everything full fat. My nutritionist told me that if you don't eat any fat, your body can't metabolize the protein intake. No fat=no protein. So, full fat for me!!

Nope....full fat all the way.  I do try to select leaner meats...I think by habit though from the old dieting days.  I have found that cooking in a pressure cooker make the leaner, drier cuts of meat super soft and juicy.  Just Protein, Carbs, and Fiber for me.
