Creature of habit here:
Protein Shake for breakfast
Low fat string cheese for snack
2 oz sliced deli turkey and V8 for lunch
Cottage Cheese second snack
tonight for dinner, I'm going to try pork. So far chicken has NOT been a favorite of my tummy so I'm not sure how pork will go either. While I love fish, my tummy loves fish - I'm getting tired of it LOL.
I'm thinking salad with my pork. =)
Oh and before bed I do another protien drink (it's the only thing that gets me enough protein right now).

Hey there-just a question-have you tried salad already? My first post op experience with salad was HORRIBLE :(
I was 7 months out and SO excited to have salad, I did, and I was SO ill, I would say, just be careful, and don't eat too much, even if it goes down easy..
I'm now just over 2 years out, and while I can eat salad now, I can still only eat a little bit, I know every(body) is different, but just wanted to give you a heads up, your tummy is still so new, roughage is tough on our new tummies..
Good luck!!
xoxo
