Well I was to hungry last night to wait and cook my curry so instead I ate Popeyes!!

S:  1 Cup Almond Milk; 1 Cup Coffee (going for #2)
L:  3oz Tuna; Salad

D:  Either 1 Cup Chicken Curry OR 5oz Grilled Chicken & Squash

Water:  Barely 4 cups
Vitamins:  Need to go to the Store
Exercise:  Yes either a class or 30 min Treadmill

Thank you for posting today.
I am not sure what I am going to eat today
and don't feel like committing food Just yet.

B:  Green Smoothie:    Kale, spinach, collard greens, romaine lettuce,celery, parsley,
      beet carrots, bok choy, ( a mixed breed more carrot) avocado, banana, green apple, DE
      flax seed meal, Plain protein powder, Alkaline Kagen water, ice to chill, vitamix blender

( I make a full pitcher and split it between 4 or 5 drinks and refrigerate them in glass and cover the top with plasti****il they are gone. it lasts 3 days in the frig. My son loves them too so usually they are gone by the next day)

LND: spanish "rice"- subbed quenoa for the rice, lots of veggies, beef, cheese.
LNS: 1 oz brie, 1/4 pita square

L: just had a cooking experiment lunch with my neighbor, so fun!  We made oven baked onion rings, zucchini coins, wonton pizza pockets for the kids, and peach/blueberry wonton pies....yummy healthy stuff!
Some leftover spanish rice from last night.

D: shrimp ****tail, cheese
S: greek yogurt with granola

I'm 2 weeks and 1 day post-op. :)

B:  Protein shake made w/ almond milk and water

L:  4oz. Cottage Cheese (2 oz. at 11:30 and 2 oz. at 3:00)

D:  will be pre-made protein shake (Muscle Milk Light, Caffe Latte)
and if I have some room 1/2 cup of butternut squash soup


Been drinking lots of water, 2L of Smar****er.

Exercise- 30 minutes of walking

I also tend to do that!  When I'm craving a Reese's I go for a ThinkThin creamy peanut butter bar :)

B: Chocolate peanut butter banana protein drink
L: Beef broth with 1 tbl canned peas
D: Chili, pureed, about a 1/2 cup if I can handle it.
