Automatic Yogurt Maker

Anyone have one?    Is the yogurt better than store bought? 
I just got an email ad from Williams Sonoma for an automatic yogurt maker.   I have never seen this or heard of this.    It says it makes Greek yogurt.    The few reviews it has are good, but wonder if it is worth it and would I just end up with another gadget like the Ninja I have on the countertop.   

I make my own yogurt - much cheaper than buying - BUT I live int he UAE so Greek yogurt is very expensive.

I bought a simple yogurt maker from EasiYo (not an electrical gadget)  you can either make yogurt by buying packets of  yogurt mix which makes 1KG or you can make your own yogurt with milk and a few spoonsfuls of shop bought yogurt.  I love it - it's so easy & tastes really great, plus I know what's in it so nasty hidden surprises.

I like gadgets but thought the a yogurt maker was just one step too far for me considering how easy it is to make using the EasiYo or even a crockpot - just google crockpot yogurt.
