This one is weird but I noticed this morning that I can see the Tendon linking my calf muscle to my heel bone!!! It has been a long time since I was able to see it.
Congratulations! That's exciting! I'm not much of a journaler, but I thought about writing these kinds of things down to look back over in case I get discouraged later! Yay for NSVs!!
