I dont drink protien shakes but I should... I eat ALOT of cheese.. it is my go to snack.. I dont eat the same thing everyday though.. I still focus mainly on protien..., alot of chicken and beef. I get all my water and then some, around 100 ounces daily... I live in Texas so if I didnt I would fall out with heat exhaustion lol..

Thanks for sharing and for being brave....my tummy looks about the same in the lower part, and although we all love to lose the weight, the reality is usually, there is some loose and wrinkly skin as the trade off...I'm trying to learn how to accept my body and not worry too much about it.
