It's been awhile since I've actually posted what I'm eating so I figured I would today...
B: 4 oz dannon low carb and low sugar strawberry and creme yogurt
S: N/A
L: 3 oz tuna with string cheese (no crackers)
S: 1/2 Atkins protein bar
D: 4 oz rotisserie chicken
S: (2) Sf popsicles
Water: I've already drunk 84.5 ozs (5 16.9 oz water bottles) I usually get in 8 16.9 ozs of water bringing my total per day to 135.2 ozs a day.
Vitamins: Yes everything but calcuim. ( I do that a night)
Exercise: I ran 30 mins burned 425 calories and I did elliptical for 20 mins burning 250 calories
B: Green Smoothie: kale, spinach, collard greens, celery, parsley, cilantro, avocado
green apple, banana, DE, Plain protein powder, Ice ( to chill ) vitamix blender
S: Lindora Protein Hot Creamy Cocoa

exercise: 90min Bikram this AM that absolutely kicked my butt. Instructor was super hard core, but at least I can go out tonight and not feel too guilty. :)

Vitamins: Still trying to tolerate my multi... iron taken and 400mg of calcium so far.
Excercise: Walked around outside on my lunch break for 20 mins.
