You are amazing. How are you doing this? I am 4 weeks and under 20 pounds. I got into my size 14 jeans and was so happy but I am no where near throwing clothes away just yet. I still look big to me and my clothes don't show your results. WOW!
What do you eat for meals/snacks? Do you eat small bites too? You are doing it well.
I exercise a min of three times a week at the Y. I do water aerobics and now am doing the threadmill. Geez, you are super good at working your sleeve. Do tell your secrets.
