S:  Remaining Beef Terriyake & Rice
D:  T-Bone Steak

Water:  8 cups
Vitamins:  Oh yeah
Exercise:  30 mintues Treadmill

LNS: blueberry protein cake with greek yogurt

PB: protein coffee
B: green smoothie
S: cottage cheese
L: left over shrimp ****tail, tater salad
S: 1 oz  brie and 1/4 pita
D: 1/2 burger patty, light cheddar, tater salad
S: protein cake with strawberry greek yogurt


E: 30 minutes stationary bike, cleaning the house
V: keep forgetting the calcium!
