LNS: greek yogurt with blueberries, eggface blueberry protein cake (made with toasted pumpkin seeds to up the protein, yumm!), and a squirt of FF whip.
Was soooo hungry last night.... I ate the snack twice (as in 2 whole servings). And then had 1/4 piece of pita with 1 oz brie. Ugh.

B: small green smoothie (running late, couldn't make a new batch, just the leftovers)

Well my dr had me on a what he called "healthy diet" I was losing so slow despite my exercise. So after speaking with my NUT and reading the forums I switched over to a more carb restricted diet and voila! Been losing a lb a day so far this week lol Ahhhh much better!!!!
Carbs just dont work for me! No sugar no carbs! bAM! Happy ME!
