Exercise:  30 minutes Treadmill

Curry is sounding good Shell... Might have to work out a good recipe, do you use coconut milk?

Water/Liquids:  goal is 96+ oz...so far I am around 32 oz
Vitamins:  took 3 gummy ones but will probably take an icky, nasty tasting (more complete one) later
Exercise:  cleaning...it makes me sweat and I feel worn out afterwards...and my muscles hurt....so it counts...lol

L: I'm thinking 1/4 cup cottage cheese on cut up green pepper pieces

D: undecided, but I'm leaning toward making some sautéed shrimp and veggies or shrimp and veggie tortilla pizza.

S: probably Unjury of some sort, gotta get that protein!

Water: not quite halfway there, working on it though
Vitamins: umm... I'll get there before the end of the day, I swear!
Exercise: C25K run as soon as I get off my lazy butt and go downstairs to the treadmill

Confessional time.....

LNS: greek yogurt with blueberries, eggface blueberry protein cake (made with toasted pumpkin seeds to up the protein, yumm!), and a squirt of FF whip.
Was soooo hungry last night.... I ate the snack twice (as in 2 whole servings). And then had 1/4 piece of pita with 1 oz brie.  Ugh.

PB: Protein coffee
B: small green smoothie (running late, couldn't make a new batch, just the leftovers)
S: cottage cheese
L: string cheese, 1/2 pork steak, cauliflower
S: green smoothie?
D: shrimp ****tail, brie, little piece of pita
S: blueberry deliciousness from last night.

I am making a mock potato salad, cauliflower instead of potato.... all the same ingredients though with a bit of greek yogurt subbed in..... will report tomorrow.

Happy Wednesday!!

B: 1/2 string cheese and 1/3 piece breakfast quiche
L: 2 oz. fajita meat and 1/8 cup refried beans with cheese
D: Not sure yet. Probably the innards (that just sounds gross) of a Chipotle soft taco

Water: Had about 30 oz. so far
Vits: Ugh yes.
Exercise: 13 minutes on elliptical tonight

Well my dr had me on a what he called "healthy diet" I was losing so slow despite my exercise. So after speaking with my NUT and reading the forums I switched over to a more carb restricted diet and voila! Been losing a lb a day so far this week lol Ahhhh much better!!!!
Carbs just dont work for me! No sugar no carbs! bAM! Happy ME!

B: pure protein banana shake (can)

L John soules frozen carne asada meat with A lil chopped peppers n cheese

D: taco meat n cheese

S: jerky

Water: @1pm here and finished 55oz already!
Vitamins - yep!
Exercise - 60 mins on treadmill 5% incline
